"Between 2021 and 2022, we completed the construction of a log cabin with the company MBS. This work included: architectural study, project documentation for the completion of the building, external insulation of the foundation slab and drainage, internal floor insulation, sanding of internal walls and joint caulking, installation of electrical wiring, and the supply of thermal insulation for the entire building.

The work was executed in accordance with the project documentation and within the agreed-upon timeline. Subsequently, the construction was interrupted for financial reasons, and its continuation was scheduled to begin in July 2024. The planned work included: replacement of roof covering with over-rafter insulation, internal roof insulation and cladding, new installation of windows and doors (including new insulation), and external architraves for windows and doors. Due to MBS freeing up their capacity, we flexibly agreed to start the work in June 2024.

The construction progress was complicated by a larger roof area (necessitating the purchase of additional material beyond the project scope) and a new solution for three valleys. The company arranged for an expert consultation and performed the complicated valley work themselves. They also allowed our presence on the site, both for supervision and to enable us to work on the sanding and caulking of the log cabin’s external cladding.
I highly appreciate this approach and would like to thank both the site manager and the foreman for their patience when consulting the work procedures during implementation. If any problems arose on the site, they were always resolved through mutual agreement and subsequent correction. The cooperation with the labourers was also excellent. I would prefer a different breakdown/processing of the invoice for labour and materials. I appreciate the ongoing updates and photos from the site via WhatsApp."
