The client, Mr. P., wanted to renovate the historic façade to give it a modern look while retaining its historical elements. The investor collaborated with an architect, who provided us with the precise specifications for the façade design.
The work involved a wide range of diverse masonry activities, such as plastering (or rendering), building a windowsill from solid bricks, creating window surrounds (or architraves), façade render colour transitions, and the use of new elements like templates. We consulted with the company Weber regarding all the necessary technology. Ultimately, we completed the renovation to the client's utmost satisfaction.
