We were approached to complete this magnificent, partially constructed villa. The villa had numerous defects left by the previous construction company.

Initially, it was challenging to get a grip on the entire completion project, but the owner, Mr. Hadraba, together with the site manager, Mr. Vagner, found a way to successfully complete the work, much to the satisfaction of the very demanding investor. We carried out complex plumbing work and installed large-format tiling (dlažba a obklady). The house was insulated against moisture. We finished the interior gypsum plaster coatings (sádrové stěrky) and installed hidden skirting boards and door frames (skryté sokly a zárubně). Throughout the entire construction process, execution details were constantly being devised, as the building was highly atypical.

It was also necessary to modify the entrance and concrete the driveway to the car lift (autovýtah). Final flooring was installed in the courtyard, and the garage construction was also completed. Thanks to these modifications and renovations, the house has achieved a modern and functional look that meets the needs and demands of its residents.
