This was a treat in every aspect. It was a highly atypical contract, where we served as the main roof supplier for the general building contractor. Our task was to execute the atypical roof according to the architect's plans, from the roof truss (krov) all the way to the final finish.
The work included, for example, planning the atypical roof trusses on the pagodas so they were visually exposed (pohledový), as well as the installation of over-rafter insulation, sheathing (bednění), and hydro-insulation. Additionally, a ventilated façade was installed.
The City of Říčany commissioned the contract, and our contractual partner was the company Zlínstav, a.s.
