The client contacted Majetek Bez Starostí through the Nejřemeslníci portal to request a complete renovation of a family house.

The house was taken over in a partially completed state following previous contractors, who had evidently performed their work poorly, perhaps for the first time.

Initially, we carried out demolition work and structural repairs. This was followed by work on the roof assembly and façade to ensure the house met the requirements for the New Green Savings grant (Dotace Nová Zelená Úsporám).

We completely renovated the interior, which included the installation of floor and wall tiles (dlažba a obklady). We paid special attention to the stairs, which we covered with vinyl cladding. We performed complete plumbing and heating work, as well as all electrical wiring (rozvody elektřiny). We installed concealed shower/tap mixers (podomítkové baterie), heated toilet seats, underfloor heating, and a heat recovery system (rekuperace).

The construction was carried out under the technical supervision of Mr. Fischer and was completed to a high standard of quality. We maintain friendly relations with the investor to this day.
