First, a pull-off test was conducted on the façade to verify the substrate's suitability for subsequent work. We locally removed the weathered façade render and old metal flashing. This was followed by electrical installation work, where we had to prepare cables for future lighting. Part of the realisation included the renovation of the waterproofing on the balconies and the installation of new metal flashing.

Afterwards, we could focus on the façade insulation itself, carried out according to the ETICS standard (External Thermal Insulation Composite System). The final façade was divided into two different colours.

After many hours of work and effort, we successfully created a modern and energy-efficient façade that will increase the living comfort for all residents and save them money on energy costs.

We also secured the New Green Savings grant (Dotace Nová Zelená Úsporám).
