We had very little time for the renovation, as it had to take place during the doctors' vacation period so that patient services would not be compromised. First, demolition work was carried out, and subsequently, we performed the masonry work, including plastering and the installation of structural elements to modify the layout.

In cooperation with the tradesmen, the electrical wiring and sanitary installations (zdravotechnika) were completed. A new floor was poured, and a new floor covering was laid, chosen by the investor for its higher wear resistance.

The work was completed within 3 weeks. Upon completion, it was necessary to perform a complete cleaning and hand over the renovated office to the owner.
